Terms of Use — Poker Dealer
Last updated: 16 October 2026.
Poker Dealer is made and run by one person, Aliaksandr Vabishchevich, not a company. Written in plain language, not formal legal text — but by using the app, you're agreeing to it.
What Poker Dealer is
Poker Dealer deals cards for a live Texas Hold'em game you're already playing in person, around a real table, with real chips. It tracks whose turn it is, shows you your cards, runs the betting rounds, and shows the community cards — that's it. It doesn't count your chips, doesn't know how much money is on the table, and doesn't move or hold any money related to the game itself.
18+ only
Poker Dealer is for adults. By using it, you're confirming you're 18 or older.
This is not gambling, and we don't run gambling
Poker Dealer does not accept, process, or track real-money bets in any way. The chips on your table are physical and belong to you and your friends — the app has no idea what they're worth or who owes what. Any money that changes hands at your table happens entirely between you and the people you're playing with, with physical chips, outside the app. We built a tool to deal cards and run turn order for a live game, not a betting platform.
Voluntary tips to the developer
If you like the app, you can send a voluntary tip to the developer using Telegram Stars. Tips don't unlock anything — Poker Dealer stays free for everyone, tippers and non-tippers alike. If you change your mind, message /paysupport to the bot and we'll refund your Stars in full. This matches exactly what the bot itself tells you when you ask it about tips.
The service is provided "as is"
Poker Dealer is free, run by one person in their spare time, and provided as-is, without guarantees. It can go down, have bugs, lose an in-progress hand if the server restarts, or change or shut down entirely without notice. Don't rely on it for anything where that would be a serious problem — it's a tool to make a home poker night smoother, not infrastructure you should bet anything important on.
Playing with others
- Pick a name you'd be fine showing to the people at your table — no impersonating real people, no harassment, no content that's abusive or illegal.
- The "Send feedback" and voice features reach the developer or the app directly — don't use them to spam, abuse, or send anything illegal.
- Between hands, a host can sit out a disconnected player or eliminate a seat from the table — neither works on a player who's still connected or on the hand in progress. The developer can block accounts that abuse the bot, the feedback channel, or the tipping system.
Changes
If anything meaningful here or in the Privacy Policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the update.
